Call summary
The prospect submitted a trial session request and asked about a three month membership. The rep moved straight to pricing, named the cost and an instalment plan of 4,100 a month, then asked whether the prospect was ready to sign up. The prospect asked for time to think it over, and no follow up was agreed.
What went well
The price came up early and without hesitation, so the prospect did not have to ask for it; the instalment plan was offered with a specific monthly amount rather than as a vague possibility; when the cost objection came up, the rep answered it substantively and explained the membership freeze option.
What went wrong (key)
The training goal was never established: the conversation was built around the price list rather than the prospect's objective; the readiness question came immediately after the price, with no connection to anything the prospect had said earlier; no next step was fixed, and the call ended on "I will think about it" with no date or time.
How to fix it
Before naming the price, establish the goal and the timeframe: what the prospect is preparing for, what they have already tried, what result they want; connect the membership length to the time needed to reach that goal; after answering the objection, propose a specific date and time for the trial session instead of waiting for the prospect to take the initiative.

We analyze rep speech and surface what's blocking better performance and what needs to be prioritized first.
Dozens of per-call parameters configured for your business — script adherence, objection handling, next steps, and service quality.
Based on analysis and defined goals, AI delivers recommendations for each call: what the rep should have done differently, what worked well, and what to avoid.
Break down drop-offs by funnel stage, review recommendations to fix the gaps. Identify the warmest leads to prioritize and re-engage — revenue grows through focus, not volume.
See exactly where money is leaking: at inbound, qualification, objection handling, or closing. Get clear, actionable recommendations for each rep's call.
Every week you get a report, not a dashboard: what changed over the week, where money is being lost, and which hypotheses to test next.
Week-over-week comparison. See the dynamics: what grew, what dropped, and whether the trend is real or just noise.
Measuring change. You tell us what you changed (training, scripts, staffing), we show in numbers whether it worked.
Growth hypotheses. Specific points where growth is likely, grounded in your own call data.
The team confidently brings prospects to the price and stops there. Needs discovery works almost everywhere, price comes up in six calls out of ten, but a concrete agreement on the next step appears in only one out of four conversations where price was named. The key finding this week: instalment plans only sell when the rep states the monthly amount and immediately asks whether the client is ready to sign up. Simply mentioning "we do offer instalments" performs no better than saying nothing at all.
One. Instalments work as an action, not as information. We split the 128 calls where price was named into three groups based on how instalments came up. The gap between "calculated" and "mentioned only" is far wider than between "mentioned only" and "not mentioned". Value is created by specifics: "that is 41 a month, shall we set it up?" — not by the existence of the option itself.
Two. An objection more often ends the conversation than opens it. Objections came up in 171 calls out of 214. Reps respond to them substantively, but rarely find out what sits behind the refusal. Where the reason was clarified, the conversion rate was 3.6 times higher — most likely because "too expensive" in practice also means "not convinced it will work", "not my decision" and "not right now".
We'll set up a free custom report on your actual calls. You'll immediately see problem areas and know exactly what to do next.
Integration with your CRM or telephony, automatic ingestion of call recordings for evaluation.
We configure the AI for your business, analyze a batch of real calls, and deliver a report with identified issues and recommendations.
We run a session to refine the analysis for your specific needs — narrowing down which calls to evaluate (saving budget), defining key criteria, and adding any context that matters for the report.
Calls are analyzed automatically, aggregated by rep, and available for review in your personal dashboard.
Objective data on why deals fall through and how to systematically lift team conversion.
Turn your sales department from a 'black box' into a transparent, predictable revenue engine.
Insights from real calls: why people don't buy, what's off about your offer, and what language your customers actually use.
Before LantumApp, we monitored calls manually with a team of four QA specialists. Now we analyze far more calls and spot things we couldn't before, like the vocabulary clients use when processing emotional pain points - really useful input for marketing. Call breakdowns for objection handling have become a training department assignment: we can now see exactly what's missing in our scripts. The weekly Thursday summary is great. I'd recommend this to any team that takes quality seriously and has a sales manager open to feedback and committed to improving.
Head of Quality Control, Recruitment & Onboarding
We used to have a pretty chaotic QA setup: manual listening, no real stats, no full picture. Management couldn't see where mistakes were happening or identify each rep's strengths. Now we have a complete view of the department. We can break down every rep's performance and compare data across periods and business lines. In a short time we got analytics for both sales and marketing, so we can adjust campaigns and test hypotheses. For example, if one rep converts better on a specific segment, we route more of those calls to them and check whether that holds. Saves management time and highlights both strengths and gaps. Without this I wouldn't have such detailed visibility into the team. I'd recommend it to any business that wants to improve two departments at once: sales and marketing.
